For Kappa Lab, last week was special: our first team ski off-site in Kitzbühel, Austria.
Spending time together in person, outside of our usual environment, made a real difference. The conversations were easy, the connections strong, and it became clear how aligned we are, not just in how we work, but in how we think and live.
A few days of skiing, team dinners, and informal discussions gave us the chance to reconnect, align on what matters, and enjoy time together as friends, not just colleagues.
Kitzbühel was the perfect backdrop. The mountains, the time outdoors, the rhythm of the days, it gave us space to step back, reflect, and share a different kind of experience as a team.
For a team that operates both remotely and in person, these moments matter more than anything. They strengthen relationships, improve collaboration, and create connections you simply don’t build in the flow of everyday work.
These moments compound.
We came back more connected, refreshed, and grateful — already looking forward to the next one.
